<32 Beautiful Words For You>
She acquiesced her heart to him.
The way he spoke to her was mellifluous to her ears.
His words seemed guided like arrows aimed directly at her heart.
He knew that her love for him was eneffable.
He could see that just the thought of him sent her aquiver with anticipation.
A feeling of hiraeth surrounded their relationship, like God’s own hands were guiding them back together.
Nefarious forces sought to tear them apart,
And for some time, it appeared to be working.
She started to seem like a somnambulist.
Her body was present, but her mind was some place else.
She moved towards the next epoch of her life with both excitement and trepidation.
The sonorous beat of her heart quickened as she glanced back at the life behind her and forward to the life ahead.
She knew that their meeting was more than serendipity or happenstance.
With him, she felt different… it wasn’t just limerence, it was love.
Her mind bombinated with doubtful thoughts while her heart worked steadily to assure her that the love they shared was ethereal.
It felt almost illicit to feel this way about another human being so quickly… but to her, he was like petrichor.
He was iridescent in her eyes and his unrelenting love brought new colour to her world.
She knew he was the epiphany that she had been craving to spur great changes within her soul.
He was the catalyst that day she laid supine to her creator, feeling the love that inspired the universe coursing through her being.
Through his eyes, she could see the luminescence of her own soul.
And while she enjoyed solitude, she knew that she would never truly feel alone again.
A new aurora for her heart, a new syzygy for the stars in heaven.
It felt as though she was opening her eyes for the very first time and seeing phosphenes.
The world had a unique ambience about it and she was no longer lost in oblivion.
She knew that this life was ephemeral and that now was the time to reveal the true incandescence of her own soul…
This was not the denouement, only the beginning.
When she opened herself up to love this man, the melancholic yearning in her heart seemed to desist.
The feeling of vellichor, that you find in old book stores, began to dissipate and she felt overcome with a sense of completeness.
There was no eloquence about her words when she spoke to him, but she knew that he could read her heart.
And while at times she may have had thoughts of defenestration, she knew that he was not only her other half but also her destiny.
In a moment of sonder and gratitude, she realized the true divinity behind the crossing of their paths.
His love was the effervescence in the pool of her heart, here to stir up every emotion that she had come to drown over the course of her lifetime and bring them to the surface.
He was the mirror in which she would need to face herself.
And while her mind wanted to believe that his intentions for leaving were cromulent, she knew better… because just as he had read her heart, she had read his too.
And so, without protest, she let him go. If he came back to her, she would know it was redamancy.
